Infinite Water Solutions

A focus on customer service. Our 25-year full-service package comes standard with any product we have put our name behind, at no cost to the customer. Our technicians will call you (at a minimum) annually to book your no-cost service call, at which time they will change filters, inspect for leaks and plugs, and perform a water evaluation, all at a time that is convenient to you. There is no cost for these annual visits.

Our warranty doesn't just cover the product if it breaks or leaks. The warranty gives you the assurance that your product will continue to work as well as it did on day one, or we will replace it or fix it for free.

Our customer service hotline is open 5 days a week, in case you have questions or there is a minor problem that can be fixed – that way, minor issues can often by fixed over the phone in minutes. If not, we will send a representative out immediately, at no cost.

There is minimal or no upkeep on all of our products.

We are the only company that ensures you do not have to continuously invest into a system when it begins to deteriorate, breaks, or plain doesn't work in the first place. Once you are a customer, you have spent your last dollar on water, for life.

We rely on word of mouth business. Happy customers spreading the word to other potential clients is the way we prefer to do business. We don't bother making big claims and sales advertising pitches – instead, we come right to your home and run your water through the system so you can see the difference for yourself. By taking every step to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction, our customers gladly spread the word for us. We even spend our advertising budget back into your community to say thanks for spreading the word.

The cost of our system is roughly equivalent to what the maintenance alone on other water purification systems is, without compromising top quality.
