After taking the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator training and becoming a Certified Practitioner (through Psychometrics Canada), Jolene immediately began to notice how personality profiling improved her relationships with her co-workers. It became clear how valuable the ability to understand various communication styles could be not only in a workplace setting, but in peoples lives in general.
This new-found knowledge led Jolene to attend the Praxis School of Entrepreneurship and launch her company. Clarity Coaching & Development provides Jolene with a platform to use her diverse skills to assist people in career development, self-understanding and inter-personal relationships.
